A & G Collective was founded with a single conviction: business funding shouldn’t be complicated, slow, or stacked against the borrower. Based in Lebanon, Ohio, we set out to build a direct lending operation that puts businesses first.
We saw too many businesses stuck in limbo — waiting weeks for approvals, juggling broker fees, dealing with lenders who didn’t understand their reality. So we built something better: a lean, direct funding model where decisions are made in-house and capital moves when you need it.
